This is a reminder of the Rules & Regulations of your Community Declarations. If your Community is managed by M & E Associates (please see list below) then the following applies to you:Decorations.
Holiday lighting and decorations shall be permitted to be placed upon
the exterior portions of the Home and upon the Lot in the manner
permitted hereunder commencing on Thanksgiving and shall be removed no
later than January 15th of the following year.
All homeowners will be given until Monday, January 18th, 2010 to remove all holiday decorations located within the Lot of your Home.
If
your community is currently being managed by a Management company other
than M & E Associates, please contact them for your required
removal date (see complete list of management companies below)
